My real dilema is how to use a variable in a query
$query = "SELECT * FROM tutorials WHERE description LIKE
('%"$searchKeyword"%')";
gives me the following error
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in
C:\wamp\www\DerekNugent\htdocs\index.php on line 14
I think I've got the syntax wrong.
Many thanks for getting back to me so fast!
AWESOME
Best regards
Derek Nugent

do you have a base code you are using right now? that would help us out, if
not, then give us the code you are suing so far

<input type = "text" name = "search" value = "search">
<input type = "submit" name = "submit" value = "search">
//second page
