I have a client who wants the users browsers to jump to another page, immediately an Ajax event occurs.
*I* don't think that it is possible. I want a bright flashing image button to appear, with a sound, when the event occurs, and clicking on the button will take the user to the new page in a new browser window, so that any unsaved work will remain in the original window. But I can't imagine how to do exactly what the client wants. As far as I know, there is nothing to forward a page (other than the header, and that won't do, because the Ajax event could happen at any time, and may not happen at all), and nothing includes using Javascript - or have I missed something? -- Pete Clark Sunny Andalucia http://www.hotcosta.com/comm_1.htm
