And I just had one, so, answering my own question... I will have a <div> at the top of the page, and when the event takes place, rather than jumping to another page, Ajax will fill the <div> with all the stuff which should be on the new page. That way, the data on the page that they are working on will slide down. When the work is complete, Ajax will close the <div> again, bringing all the original stuff back up, and on to the screen again. Ajax rules (sometimes...)
