First of all check in your brower that Is <? phpinfo() ?> page is running or
not?
In PHP you have to put the file in the folder like inetpub/wwwroot/test.
test is the folder name. You have to put the file in the test folder then run
it. So make a test page name test.php and put the <? phpinfo() ?> command in
this page. Save the file test.php in test folder and then run it.
http://localhost/test/test.php
