I am currently running 429 PHP 3 websites. (17 more tomorrow).
*I* use the online manuals.
That being said, I don't look at this section much.... but others
might. The Q license annoyed enough of GNU that they're looking to
maintain a PHP 3 fork, so I wouldn't be surprised if there were
active PHP 3 developers for a few more *years*... let me put it
another way:
When was the last time a PHP 3 update was released? Is it still
being maintained? Until it's not, you can probably expect a few
thousand users (or more) wanting PHP 3 usable docs.
or, even better:
What's the hit count on this section? What do the logs show?
