There is a howto, started by Daniel Beckam (see phpdoc/howto).
This is now only technical, but it a good place, to port
all the README files there imho, to see it in a common place.
Erm, as I can remember, no HTML was generated officialy from
the phpdoc-howto.xml there till this time :)))
