You still don't read my emails!!!!!!!!!!! You have a revision tag
in the english one, and a comment, that to what revision your
translation is comform. Then when you try to update, you can see
the revision COMMENT in the translated file, and do a diff with
the actual version and the version number in the COMMENT. That brings
the file actually needed to be translated/added to you nonenglish
file.
