As Goba already explained, we should check on the translation-side the
comment in the file (<!-- EN-Revision: 1.1 -->).
Even the <!-- $Revision: 1.1 $ --> is really useful for the
working-copies,
(as also very good explained by Goba :), I think that it doesn't matter
if we
check against the <!-- $Revision: 1.1 $ --> or the CVS/Entries (if I
don't
have missed anything :), it could even increase the performance a little
bit.
