I have removed the cause, because it would be impossible to build
the manuals at php.net.

I have told in a previous posting, that I have no access to this
machine. If a build log show such errors I can only remove the
cause.

I donīt know. My internet connection isnī t so fast. If you can see
the error messages the next day, your 2nd commit wasnīt successfull.
