  Log:
  As Martin Jansen (the maintainer of the PEAR manual) agreed,
  and nobody complained, comment out the PEAR part here. It is
  not that drastical as removing it completely, so now we will
  wait for the mails coming, "hey where is the PEAR part"...
  I can't think of an appropriate place in the manual to 
  put a note that the PEAR manual is a separate project now...
