Please, could you tell me why "manual_en.chm"'s Contents and Index are
broken? For example, there is no mention about xslt functions neither
in Contents nor in Index. But Search gives results on "xslt". And why
"php_manual_en.pdf" doesn't have Bookmarks at all? Do you think
Bookmarks are useless?

I posted a message about these unpleasant things but there was no
answer... Look forward to replying. Thanks in advance.
