Can you provide us a list of some pages missing from the CHM? All pages are put in the Index, so there needs to be some problem with the sorting, or other stuff... > And why "php_manual_en.pdf" doesn't have Bookmarks at all? I never used the PDFs so, I don't know whether it was available at some stage, or not at all. If not at all, you may contact him at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and try to ask for the solution of the problem. We have not "seen" him for a long time on the list, so he may be very busy, so be patient... In case of this is a bug in the actual version, and previous versions had the correct bookmarks, you may contact Jim Winstead at [EMAIL PROTECTED], as he maintains the generator server mainly.
