Adding <note role="seealso"> do not mean we will use lists
for rendering. But it opens the possibilty for many things,
not just rendering.

As this patch does not modify any current rendering, nor it
sticks us to use lists for see also sections in the future,
I think it is not an ignorance of your opinions, to say that
we are at an agreement on adding this customization.

Using lists or text will be another question. Just step over
this one for now :)
