From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Operating system: KDE/Linux PHP version: 4.1.1 PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem Bug description: Documentation http title string
This is not really a bug, it's just an easily implementable suggestion which would make the PHP-online documentation a bit better: Currently, the title which appears in the webbrowser's titlebar is something like this: "PHP: Manual: function" In a crowded toolbar, this will be truncated, so you don't know what function is displayed in the window. I suggest that this is changed to: "function - PHP - Manual" (or something similar like "function: PHP: Manual") This way, you see the function name in the operating system's toolbar, even if it's truncated. Thank you P.S.: The PHP online-documentation is the best online-documentation I've ever seen for a language and it's this documentation which lets me prefer PHP over Perl. -- Edit bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=15695&edit=1 -- Fixed in CVS: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=15695&r=fixedcvs Fixed in release: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=15695&r=alreadyfixed Need backtrace: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=15695&r=needtrace Try newer version: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=15695&r=oldversion Not developer issue: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=15695&r=support Expected behavior: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=15695&r=notwrong Not enough info: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=15695&r=notenoughinfo Submitted twice: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=15695&r=submittedtwice
