Well, I'm sure the 'zh' subdir on the repository was not created by me. I
did create a 'zh' subdir on my local following the HOWTO, but I didn't do
any commit operation after that yesterday! Anyhow, I always commit just
files(no dirs) with WinCVS! I have manually updated the content of
Repository file in phpdoc/zh/CVS as 'phpdoc-zh', so I could never commit
'zh' to the repository.
 Maybe someone else who in the zh group made that following the HOWTO... I
assume!
