OK! So let us do the translation work at first, and may the style sheet
problem can be solved at some time before the translation work done.  A well
designed CSS can make the translated phpdoc much more readable, and make the
text in the manual easier to read. I notice the online Japanese Version of
manual is a well organized one. :-)
