Hello, for quite some time I've been thinking of a swedish translation of the PHP manual. I haven't found any on going one and there's plenty of Swedish PHP users who've requested a translation.
I've skimmed through parts of the PHP Documentation HOWTO and finally found chapter 9, section 1 where an explanation of how to create a new translation is found. So right now I'm on step number one: consulting the phpdoc mailing list. About the two things to consider. First; it's not likely that I will translate the whole manual myself but since I've been around the PHP community some time I think I can find a few swedes who can help me out ;-) Second, I do not know for sure wether едц (which is the only characters which is in Swedish but not in English) is supported by DocBook stylesheets but it seems reasonable..?
