This is correct, but the use might not be. Incorrect. The "reject" option will send and email to the person who submitted, including a text that replicates the instructions that are in the form used for adding notes. Basically it lists one of the possible reasons why it was rejected: it being a bug report, irrelevant to the manual entry, a post asking for help, etc. See the code for this in the CVS dirs for the the PHP web site. Finally, if you do feel the need to send a personalized email explaining why you rejected/deleted something, do it when you get the email to the php-notes list (to which you should subscribe to better help w/ the notes admin).
