As seen in en/reference/rsusi.txt many configure options have been integrated in the reference part of the manual. I would like to cleanup/delete the integrated parts from the install.configure.xxx files, some are out of date and further documentation should be done in the referance part of the manual. This cleanup will produce many missing id's for the other manuals, but no duplicate id's. Therefore the cleanup process will not affect the building of language translations.
