Well, no problem, as long as the missing-entities.php does it's job, and creates the missing-ids.xml file properly ;) It should do that ;)

I would like to cleanup/delete the integrated parts from the install.configure.xxx files, some are out of date and further documentation should be done in the referance part of the manual. This cleanup will produce many missing id's for the other manuals, but no duplicate id's. Therefore the cleanup process will not affect the building of language translations.
