autogenerated list yes, but not in the faq.

I remember Sara Golemon did some work on this, but I don't know how
far it is complete.

As I can say, builtin information is up to date (4.3.0)
(Working on the configure options I added this info where appropriate)

Can't remember any other like mcrypt. And IMHO the "offical policy"
suggests to use only the dlls provided by php.net, where mcrypt seems to
be a special topic.

If anyone likes to work on the windows dll topic, it would be
helpfull to use /en/refernce/rsusi.txt or open an similar file, where
the ongoing work could be noted.
