I totally agree with your point of view ;-)
It might be desirable to merge faqurl amd global entities file?
I like this idea, why do we have faq specific urls at all?
It seems like a bad idea and only means duplicate urls.
Serious votes against merging faqurl.ent and global.ent?
My ideas:
Merge them, seperate special faqonly urls by comment
<!-- urls only used in faq -->
and keep the leading faqurl for those special urls
Commemts?
