I did not see the STOP.

Guess I'm blind.

I still suggest that their be some indication in the document
that these instructions are only for apache 1 
and in particular that -with-apxs2 is needed
for apache2 which most newer users will be working with.


Perhaps, the legacy instructions should be somewhere else,
and the most current INSTALL in the bundle.

It is not unusual to see an install.html in the package documents.
