Of course the content is not perfect ;) , it is just a split/move around of 
the present installpart files, which have those a bit weird titles. The 
rendering of Chapter 5. Installation on UNIX like systems is a bit strange, a 
guess this is due the fact that the original file had sect1 tags for Apache 
Module Quick Reference and Building, which should be probably part tags.

hm, yes. I'll have a look, how to do this.

No idea;-), this building section is a left over from the old install.unix.xml 
file.

Thanks for your comments. As said above, this proposal should be read as a 
possible solution for the new structure and of course the contents need more 
polish;-) 

What do you think about different parts for "Getting Started" and 
"Installation" ( the diff between v1 and v2)?
