I was written back by the person with the current link, apparently something happened with the host but he said it'll be back up within a week. So I vote we leave it, and feel it's better than the link above or any other out there. And, it's not like the manual will be built anytime soon :) Regarding our own editor list, my gut is against that. How about we just create a faq with the link that basically says anything will work, but some offer PHP syntax highlighting, and various other features. And, that many free ones exist.
