I've approved the CVS account and granted phpdoc karma to Salman. What ISO abbreviation is appropiate for the language (Bahasa Indonesia)? I'll make sure that the respective mailing list is set up.

Though this page says, that Bahasa Indonesia is just an alternate name for "Indonesian", of which the ISO 639-1 language code is "id".
