I want to make some remarks concerning the PHP Documentation
but I'm afraid to make someone angry. These remarks are
based on my efforts to translate the documentation. I also remarked that the
same problems were lived by other translation groups but I don't know if
they did the above remarks. So finally, I think these remarks are worthy.

I want to ask you to simplify texts: you are not obliged to use statements
inside statements. It is not a general rule: but sometimes when I find them
I really stay a lot of time trying just to understand the meaning, and I'm
sure I'm not the only one. Just simplify at the maximum. Please.

Try to make sentences the easiest possible: sometimes it's very hard to
translate couples like this:
example 1 >> Must be writable by whatever user PHP is running as.
example 2 >> The following table describes some of the extensions available
and required additional dlls.

I actually don't see what is the problem with these two examples, I don't think they are too complex. Though English is far not my mother tongue.
