BTW, in http://www.manuelphp.com/, I do not see a 
page like: http://www.php.net/manual/en/index.php

You cannot hide/bury the information, and cannot
modify the first page that has the attributions. Look
again at the license and see what are the limitations
for derived works.

Also, the license is no longer GPL but OPL, see:

    http://www.php.net/manual/en/copyright.php

and

    http://www.opencontent.org/openpub/

Main change that I see in your site, is that you are
not longer asking for money in relation to the manual
(which was a really bad thing to do). AFAICT, that was
also a sore point with the criticisms to your site.

You can put the manual on your site, as long as you
follow the rules established in the license. That way
nobody will criticize you.
