Just up to systems to make a step. I have sent several repeated requests, and received absolutely no reaction.
Poz (Vincent Briet) will give me the SCSI disks this week and I'll try to have the server running by wdnesday (if everything is okay).
The URL will be docphp.nexen.net and I'll set up Nexen's CVS server to allow some people of phpdoc to work on the new site. I think will do it this way until systems@ have the time to answer our emails. (nexen offered a root access, an administrator (gui at php dot net), but it doesn't seem to be enough..)
