maybe it's no problem to set your locale("Settings for the current
user").

If you installed Japanese language pack, you'd have "MS Gothic" in
your
machine I guess. Anyway it would be alright to make the project file(.

not to set font, but to set character-set. And If necessary, we also
need
to set character-set in the Index file(.hhk) and the contents file(.
hhc).
