It would be nice. I saw something similar at

and it can be used pretty well.
Oh yeh! Some years ago (around 5/6) I've participated in Google's
translation program and their interface is really good and simple. It has
just a couple of text boxes in each you can enter the text. Then all the
work of validating and assigning work is done at the server. The user just
needs a browser.
This would be the perfect tool even for phpdoc stuff, but I'm currently
lacking free time to work on it.

I am against translating or even contributing user notes in other
languages. In my eyes, user notes are of two kind:
We currently don't even moderate (aka delete and incorporate the usefull
notes) the English notes, so having other languages will only fill our work
queues.
