Bug description: Proposal: Categorization of Function Reference in PHP manual

Description:
------------
In the PHP manual, section "VI. Function Reference" meanwhile is quite a
little long. I would like to suggest to introduce subchapters for function
groups, like "database", "basic" (i.e. string, variable etc. functions) and
so on. A similiar categorization is already on the bug reporting page in
the search dialog, the "category".
I know this might impose a little work on the guys who maintain the manual
(and they are doing a great job!), but maybe they find this proposal useful
and a little time to realize it.
