[PHP-DOC] Zend Engine 2 documentation

Those on the internals list will recognize me; for those who don't, I'm Gwynne, and I've volunteered to fully document the Zend Engine 2 API from a developer perspective. Attached to this message is the first set of patches for the new documentation. I've created a completely new part of the manual to cover the large topic, so the patches consist of a couple of short edits to buildsystem and structural files, and a new folder full of new files. I have my active development tree up using livedocs at <http:// phpdoc.gwynne.dyndns.org/index.php?q=internals2>. I haven't figured out how to make it look decent yet, but it at least shows everything I've worked on so far. The patch is also available from <http:// phpdoc.gwynne.dyndns.org/internals2.patch.bz2>.
