We are in the beginning stages of reorganizing the translations so I
am not prepared to add you there at this time. I understand your
eagerness to translate the Romanian translation especially
considering how long (over two years) it's been since it was active
(a common problem) but here is some related information:

There are ~7 translators listed for RO currently. Included in the
HOWTO is how to get a user account, which is something I do not
believe you have. Please have a look at the information above and
from there we can move forward. And it would be appreciated if you
contacted the "current" RO team members to see if any are still
interested in working on this translation.
