Hello, The Arabic PHP Documentation list is like dead. No one is working or doing anything. Nothing has been translated so far. Salah Faya started the list and tried to start a team to translate the php documentation but it failed. He couldn't find enough people willing to help in translating the documentation. However, now I'm trying to help him to start over setting up the team and I have some question.
What programs do other teams use to manage the translation? What is the average team size of other teams? I'm also requesting a CVS account to help and contribute on the translation if possible. I have been using PHP since 2002-2003 as a freelancer developer. I'm currently a student in computer engineering in Kuwait University, 3rd year, and I work part time as a programmer and research assistance in my university.
