No deal: suggest a different time, if need be. Most of the time all of
us are still around in the evening or can hook in for an hour. You can
suggest a different time. The time slot is roughly -1 to +8 hrs around
the suggested 11:00 CET.
Re: where to discuss. We should to a write-up and run a follow-up
discussion on this list and maybe even throw it in the PHP wiki. Don't
know it the PHP wiki is good for such things as well.
