Are you saying that ini.xml (http://php.net/ini) is not in the PhD
generated CHM?
I mean the name of every single directive should be in the /index/ (2nd
tab, after the big toc).

Currently, each directive is a "parameter" in a "term"'s "variablelist"...
Currently, the selfgenerated TOC (which is used to generate chm toc) didn't
handle that :/
