What information is this referring to? Check the filter documentation
because I updated it about a month ago. The PECL info was removed from
filter/versions.xml too.

Information is related to this file [1]. The PECL info was introduced on
revision 1.6 (2007-02-18), and were never removed (if I'm not wrong)
