was removed from filter/versions.xml too.

Information is related to this file [1]. The PECL info was
introduced on revision 1.6 (2007-02-18), and were never removed (if
I'm not wrong)
Ahh! Each extension now contains its own versions.xml* file which
deprecates phpbook-xsl/version.xml although the latter is still used
today (the move isn't yet complete). The two have now been synced.
