I've already said it to Christian, but it seems that it was missed again
with the new release.
For next one don't forget to add a PEAR dependency to package
Console_CommandLine that is used by the configure.php script.
PEAR doesn't support platform and PHP version dependent dependencies.
I don't agree at 100% with you Hannes.
Even if full condition is not true (as you said), at least
PEAR_PackageFileManager (PFM) support the platform condition.
When I was co-leader with Greg Beaver, I've wrote a guide to PFM that is
still available online on my website [1]

BTW, it's not a real problem, because I suppose there are more *nix than
Windows users. And now we know the solution
Especially we have to install too the PHP_Compat 1.6.0a2 for the
getopt alternative function
