Yes I am currently working with this tool. However, I noticed a lack of interest on the part of the translation team of Portuguese Brazil. A long time we were getting the message 'The PHP manual is broken' and nothing was done. Only after I got angry at the situation and decided to write to the team that had taken action.
I'm trying to make a difference and help PHP to grow increasingly. I think they should give opportunity to those who want to contribute to truth.
