Details:
Trying to install phpgroupware on windows XP running apache 2.0.54 with php
5.0.5 and mysql 4.1.11. I'm unable to get the configuration step 2 at
http://localhost/phpgroupware/setup/index.php to complete (remove the red x
and replace with green checkbox).
At the top of the page http://localhost/phpgroupware/setup/config.php instead
of a message appears {lang_cookies_must_be_enabled}.
Going to http://localhost/phpgroupware/login.php I get
Database error: lock(phpgw_async, write) failed.
MySQL Error: 1146 (Table 'phpgroupware.phpgw_async' doesn't exist)
Session halted.
