Follow-up Comment #1:
This will not be fixed in the stable version of phpgroupware. It is a new
feature. The functionality was not included as it was available during the
final RC cycle. The functionality should be available in the 0.9.18
release.
The phpgw_addressbook table will be dropped as part of the 0.9.18 upgrade
process. It was retained in 16 to prevent data loss during upgrades.
I am closing this bug report as there is already a feature request for it.
