Follow-up Comment #3, bug #15148 (project phpgroupware):
The phpgw_contact_note table is currently available in 0.9.16 acess via the
GUI should be included in 0.9.18
All contacts are now stored in phpgw_contact% tables. This was done as part
of the separation of persons and orgs
A patch could be developed for you. This would not be officially supported.
