I've dug through the archives and seen this question asked plenty of times but never answered.
What causes a person to NOT be able to add, edit or do anything to their own calendar events for alarms? Somehow in the past I got around this by having the async crontab entry get installed. But now it's suddenly fallen back into the same old problem and I don't know what to do.
