Hello list,

I am attempting to use phpladp admin to work with a Sun Directory 6
server. It works so far to list the directory in a web browser and
conduct searches of the directory. I am using my user account in the
configuration to allow phpldapadmin to log into the sun directory
server.

However if I go to modify the directory, I see the following error in
the interface:

 Could not perform ldap_modify operation.
LDAP said: Insufficient access
Error number: 0x32 (LDAP_INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS)
Description: You do not have sufficient permissions to perform that
operation.

However if I log into the sun directory server web interface interface
using the same account I can modify the schema. We are trying to roll
out phpladpadmin to the operations dept as a replacement for the sun
directory server web interface. Unfortunately i don't have access to
the logs. I was wondering if anyone out there had any experience in
getting phpladpadmin to work with sun directory server and had any
advice on how to make this work.

thanks
tim
