I should add that replacing the http:// line in the phpweather.inc file with the new
FTP URL

ftp://weather.noaa.gov/data/observations/metar/stations/

does not seem to work. It could be, however, because of all the time-outs on the
server. Looks like they went from a reliable system to a huge turd, or else somebody's
still working on the machine this weekend.
