Hi Alex,
I thought it was about time to have support for Norwegian locale in
PicoLisp, so I have now created three files (two to go into loc/, one
into app/loc/) and modified the /app/main.l. The files are based on what
I found in picoLisp-3.0.1. You can grab it here:

The contents is like this:
norsk/
norsk/loc/
norsk/loc/no
norsk/loc/NO.l
norsk/app/
norsk/app/main.l
norsk/app/loc/
norsk/app/loc/no
Let me know if there are more locale files I have to create.
