Thanks to Olga and Alan for taking the time to review the changes, today we
finished going through the patch.
I have incorporated today's feedback and feedback from previous code reviews.
Here I am attaching:
- the latest path, after completing code review and merging with the trunk
(version 616575)
- the log with the results from running unit tests on the latest patch.
