The hadoop 0.16 jar is the same format as for hadoop 0.15. Why would it make
the things worse for your project than with hadoop-0.15.
I would like to separate migration to hadoop 0.16 from changes to the library
structure as I think we need to have a discussion before hand on how we see
integration with hadoop and other libraries. There are pros and cons with
bundling and splitting things and I would like for that discussion to happen
prior to making changes
